ICOS was founded in 1979 by PierLuigi Inzaghi and Giuliano Ongaro.
Their activity begun with the opening of a Fitness Center in Milan, strongly oriented towards physical well being and personalized training and fitness programs.
In 1986, ICOS developed this pioneeristic concept of one on one training with the opening of the first Personal Training service in Italy, employing a first quality Team of personal trainers, offered a new and exclusive service in Milan.
In 1987 a diversification in business activity started with the inauguration of a Show Room for specialized home fitness equipment.
Year 1995 sees the debut of a new Icosfitness catalog, distributed all around the country and dedicated to the world of fitness and well-being products.
www.icosfitness.com is online in 1998. The site offers the best Fitness, Well Being and Leisure Time products, with clear terms and conditions of sale on the newborn website.
www.icosmart.it is first online in 2006. A machines, heart rate monitors, ellipticals, benches and home gym equipment.
In 2009 icosmart and icosfitness became part of Sinergetrix S.r.l. company.
